Dr. Joseph Flechas was born and raised in North Carolina. He graduated from Loma Linda University-School of Dentistry in 2009.  Upon graduating dental school he became a Professor of Restorative Dentistry and taught graduate dental students at his alma mater.  He is a member of the American Dental Association(ADA) and the Montana Dental Association(MDA).

Dr. Joe loves the outdoors and enjoy's hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, camping- anything that gets him into the mountains.

Oringally from Idaho. Dr. Tom ran a successful dental practice for over 25 years in Idaho Falls, ID. Cutting back from a full schedule is nice but you can't keep him away from dentistry! He loves helping people and educating. He is apart the the American Dental Assocaion, Montana Dental Association, and licensed in IV sedation. 

Dr. Tom has 4 grown kids that he enjoys everything outdoors with.  You will find him biking, hiking, fishing, and spending time at the lake wth his family.

A smile is what you see when you come through the doors! Dawn has worked as apart of the front office team for 21 years. She enjoys helping patients with scheduling, insurance, and financial matters. 

Dawn has been married for 26 years and has an amazing son and daughter. When she isn't working you will find her spending time with her husband and family. She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and serving the community and her church.

Roxanne has worked as apart of the front office staff for 15 years. She loves the compassionate team that provideds friendly, quality, and affordable dentistry to all ages. 

Roxanne and her husband have 2 grown daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and paddle boarding. 

Nikki was born and raised in Montana. She has been a dental assistant for 20 years and loves being apart of the Townsend Dental team. 

Nikki has been married to her husband Tim for 24 years and they have 3 wonderful children....and 3 not so wonderful dogs. Her hobbies include, painting, fishing, and loves flowers.

BJ has been a dental assistant for 11 years. Prior to working at Townsend Dental BJ earned her Bachelors degree from Carroll College. 

BJ grew up in townsend and currently lives in Three Forks. Married for 13 years with 4 beautiful children. When she isn't working you can find her following her kids extracurricular activities, playing volleyball, reading and enjoying her family.

Teresa started dental assisting 24 years ago. She has been with Dr. West for 22 of them! She loves being able to be creative in her job, meeting new people and making their experience the BEST it can be. 

Teresa has been happily married for 26 years and has 2 beautiful daughters. When she is not at work she is enjoying time with her family at home. 

Ellisha recieved her Bachelors of Dental Hgiene from the University of Iowa. She has been in the dental field for 30 years. Working as a clinitan and teaching at Iowa University. She loves her profession and enjoys helping her patients improve their smile! 

Ellisha moved to Montana this past year with her husband of 30 years. They have 3 adult kids. In her free time she enjoys photography, biking, hiking, and being entertained by her dog Henry. 

Ashleigh is a born and raised Montanan who currently lives in White Sulphur Springs. She graduated dental hygiene from Montana State University in Great Falls. Having worked in the dental field for 5 years, Ashleigh always looks forward to helping create happy and healthy smiles for patients.

During her free time you can find her spending time outdoors, being with friends/family, crafting, or taking her golden retriever, Ginger, on adventures.

Linda joined us from the Low Country of South Carolina. Linda's experience in the dental field spans over 20 years, both as an office manager as well as a dental hygienist. 

After practicing dental hygiene in Colorado, South Carolina, and now Montana, Linda and her husband Dave and their dog Beau, believe they have found their perfect home for their shared pursuits. In her free time you will find Linda fishing, hiking, and crafting.
